Sales Development Representative (Remote)

The role

In this role you would be responsible for handling inbound and outbound generated leads and converting them into new clients for the agency.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead qualification and nurturing:
  • Conduct thorough lead qualification processes.
  • Initiate initial outreach to potential clients.
  • Pursue the scheduling of discovery calls.
  • Utilize video recordings to enhance email engagement and encourage discovery call bookings.
  1. Outreach Strategy:
  • Conduct research to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative sales strategies.
  • Assist in the creation of sales assets to support outreach efforts.
  1. CRM Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deals within the CRM system.
  • Assist in document preparation using our proposal management platform.

Desired skills and experience

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a B2B sales or services role (or similar).
  • Outbound sales (direct outreach through LinkedIn, emails, etc.) experience.
  • Understanding of digital marketing practices and channels.
  • Native or proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Experience with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Revenue-driven and open-minded. 
  • Eager to learn, creative and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working remotely in a virtual sales or account management environment (or similar).
  • Understanding of SaaS ecosystem and metrics is a plus.
  • Implementing AI tools and principles into the workflow is a plus.
