The role

The Creative Lead role is key to our agency’s vision. If you are up for the challenge, as a Creative lead you would be in charge of developing the creative strategies for our clients. You’d be taking part in sales pitches and project kick-offs for creative services, and managing our creative team.


  • Lead by example and inspire by developing the creative services in the agency.
  • Lead, formulate, and develop ideas with minimal oversight or creative direction.
  • Lead a team of designers and provide clear direction and creative feedback that pushes work forward.
  • Deliver performance creatives for online advertising channels such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
  • Work closely with internal teams in all stages of the creative process – from brainstorming to project delivery.
  • Understand strategy to ensure all ideas align with Hop’s vision.
  • Manage client relationships during project work.
  • Contribute to the new business activities of the agency.
  • Bring genuine, original, creative ideas to the table and come up to the challenge of testing new ideas/concepts.
  • Recognize a client’s needs and translate them into a creative concept that aligns with the specifics of the digital marketing industry.

Desired skills and experience

  • A degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Arts, or similar. A degree in creative advertising would be considered a major plus.
  • 4+ years of work experience as a designer at an agency or/and in a corporate environment.
  • 1+ years of experience managing a team will be considered an advantage.
  • Native English proficiency.
  • Creative thinking.
  • Experience in digital marketing. Experience in a performance agency is a major advantage.
  • Experience in crafting conversational, engaging, and relatable messaging for large-scale B2B technology brands is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with the following tools: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and XD, Premiere Pro, After Effects; Landing Pages – Unbounce, Instapage, Hubspot, etc.; Email platforms/Newsletters; Google Optimize.
  • Thrive under ambiguity and can juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to think strategically and conceptualize creatively.
  • Ability to work independently and has the potential to manage a team.
  • Excellent internal and external communication and presentation skills.
